How to differentiate Growsari from other competitors

In the beginning
When I joined the project, the team was already working on the data analysis and ran multiple stakeholders interview, including the research work.
One of my tasks in the project was to generate multiple ideas from the data the team gathered from multiple sources.
I joined multiple stakeholder meetings and worked with the growth team to understand the rough ideas.
Methodologies:
Stakeholder interviews
Workshop
Data investigation
Exploring the concept
While trying to understand the user's context, wants, and needs from the research and the data.
I started working on the lo-fi concept and categorized the idea into multiple themes.
I also look at the recent experience to see what functionality we can leverage or improve.
With the help of the growth team, using the retention canvas, I started mapping the experience and seeing where it sits in the journey.
Methodologies:
Analyze the research synthesis.
UX Audit on the current experience
Lo-fi conceptualizations
Use user retention canvas to navigate the UX flows
Divide the concept into multiple groups and levels

Once we gather all the concepts, we categorize them and put together a couple of notes that will help the team execute the concepts.
Come up with two levels of concept:
Level 1: Core flows
Level 2: Secondary flows and novel concepts
After spending quite some time with the lo-fi concepts, we can generate more than eight concepts; we also put novel ideas to optimize the experience and add the human factor to the product.
Produced 6 concepts
Rapid prototyping
Help the company to validate the concepts
Miro can be utilized for conceptualizations.
Miro is not a scalable design tool.
I pushed myself to work on multiple concepts for a short time.
Exploring different ideas on the lo-fi stage is fulfilling.
There should be a design library; to easily translate Miro's concept into a design.
