I am an experienced key-shaped Product Designer (12 years of experience) with skills in Product Development, UX Research, and Design (UIs, Marketing Graphics, Animations, Interaction design, Design systems, and Prototyping).

My work starts with strategy/data (Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA), conceptualization, lo-fi, and high-fi prototypes with Figma, Framer, and Principle for Mac.

I am very hands-on with the research, planning, and execution.

I also have some knowledge of Front-End Design (HTML, CSS, and a bit of Java Scripts), which puts me in a good position when communicating with the development team.

I've spent the last five years in the consultancy business, helping early-stage startups and big corp to build their products from zero to one or scale their business.

Career highlights:

I coached over 150 people on the digital transformation project and generated over 20+ business ideas.

I helped the SaaS product revamp the design, which resulted in accelerated 10x growth in net revenue over 11 months and secured the next funding round of over S$5MM.

I improved the onboarding flows for the Financial tools from sign-up to dashboard by 59% by initially adding the tools-to-tools flow setup.

And cut down the CS Onboarding time by 30-40% from sign-up to first export.
